I want to thank all of you at the Canine Academy for your willingness to correct Behavioral Problems. Your methods and commitment are highly skilled and very professional, and you get the job done. I will continue to refer these problem cases, as well as other training inquiries and puppy questions, secure in the knowledge that my patients and clients will be satisfied with the results.

Mutt Masters did a wonderful job helping our rescue Katy. She was a reactive dog. Bob worked with her to overcome her fears and behavior issues. He taught us how to help her as well. We enjoy her and she is a happy and well adjusted dog. A big thank you to Bob and Mutt Masters.

We love and more importantly, Ruger our German Shepard, love going to see Bob. We went through about four sessions of basic training with Ruger and Bob and he was seriously changed. Every time we drop him we give him at least one day if not multiple days of a refresher and he gets so excited to head that way. This spot is highly recommended for serious training of big dogs, little dogs and for kenneling over your away time!

I have Trained with Bob for 18 plus years. He is the absolute best. Bob truly works for each client and their specific needs, he makes it look effortless and my dogs have responded very well. I have been working with Bob for 9 weeks now. When we first met my 10 month old puppy was scared of other people and nervous around other dogs. Also I was able to board my dog with him while I was away for a weekend and he also included training in my package. Beat thing I ever did. I highly recommend working with Bob and Mutt Masters

Our experience with Mutt Masters has been great. Our dog has gotten attacked a total of 5 times (REALLY bad luck I guess). We started coming here because our dog was reacting aggressively when he would see other dogs. After training with Bob our dog only gets a little upset, listens to us, and walks back home with no issues. I’m completely amazed by Bob’s abilities in his knowledge of training dogs. For this reason we started boarding our dog here. We are very choosy on where we leave him because we’ve had some REALLY bad experiences and even at good places he would come back with his eyes red (I’m guessing from missing us). After staying with Bob and his wife our dog does definitely miss us but he is so much better spirits. It gives me so much peace of mind in knowing our dog is getting such good care while we’re gone.

Muttmaster Bob undoubtedly saved our Miss Alice’s life.

She’s a dainty little Dobie we adopted a five years ago. As long as you are part of her “pack”, she’s the sweetest dog in the world. That said, she had been abused pretty badly before we rescued her. So, if you weren’t part of her pack … She would just as soon try to bite anyone she considered a stranger. We knew this was a recipe for disaster.

Several other trainers said Alice was a lost cause. We contacted Bob, and started with regular training sessions. As it turned out, with her history, Alice needed some intensive training. Bob took her in for almost a month. He taught her manners, and as importantly, taught us effective techniques to manager her.

Given her history, we take advantage of Mutt Master’s boarding service, and especially the opportunity for reinforcement training when we board her (and her gentle friend, Gunner, who is happy to lay in the Sun while Bob & his crew work with Alice)

Like I said, w/o Bob’s help, Alice probably wouldn’t be around anymore. Can’t say enough about the entire Mutt Master crew.

Bob and his team are simply AMAZING! My pup is stubborn, nervous, and defiant which made training her a bit difficult. My husband and I were at our wits’ end, but Mutt Masters came to the rescue. Bob didn’t just train my dog and send her back, he gave us the tools and understanding to continue working with her on our own. Over time our stubborn dog with a severe attitude problem became a stubborn pup with potential. I can’t thank Bob and his team enough for their patience and expertise, they really transformed our dog and our approach to training! Thank you Mutt Masters!

I’ve known Bob for many years. He works well with difficult dogs who need special attention. I haven’t seen his new location, yet. I see him and his son at the Expos often. I love interacting with the dogs he brings along. I love all breeds.

We really learned a lot from Bob on how better to manage our adult dogs. Unfortunately, we moved out of state; the new environment has been a little rough on the dogs but he’s been available to talk us through how to manage their changes in behavior. I highly recommend Bob; he’s doing to give it to you straight, so be prepared for that; being a responsible dog owner is hard work.

We highly recommend Bob and MUTT MASTERS for all your dog training needs! Bob has been working with our Karma for 4 months now, and the results are night and day. Our German Shepherd is rated as nervous/aggressive, and had a hard time with meeting other dogs and people. We had issues with her biting us, and considered giving her away because she was so aggressive. After taking classes and boarding our pup with Bob, we are now able to enjoy her, and socialize her with the proper tools and techniques learned at MUTT MASTERS. Thank you Bob!

I am new to dog ownership because I had to make good on my promise to get a dog for my children. We purchase a shepherd puppy whose mouthing and chewing was seriously stressing me out! I paid for 10 days of overnight puppy bootcamp with Bob, in addition to private handling classes. After that short amount of time I truly enjoy my puppy – the techniques Bob taught me have made a world of difference in my puppy’s behavior. Bob is so knowledgable and caring. He thoroughly explains dog behaviors and teaches how to get your dog to mind his manners. I’ll be participating in ongoing training with Bob because I trust him and it’s worth it to me to have a well behaved dog.

This is my second dog to be trained by Bob. He trained my Mastiff, that was afraid of loud noises and large vehicles, to not only climb up into the Semi with me but to enjoy his time out on the open road with me. Bob was absolutely fabulous with Gallou and worked hard to quickly train him.

Due to some unforeseen medical issues I find myself in need of a service animal and once again I have turned to Bob to train my over zealous, full of attitude, truly a handful of a dog into the service animal that will work for me for many years to come. Bob took on this task and has worked with me with all my medical issues, cancellation of classes, bad weather, and just utter exhaustion. Samson’s attitude has turned around so much that you’d think he was a different dog. All of this is thanks to Bob and his persistence and determination to succeed with every dog that comes his way. He certainly knows his way with dogs and they love him back. Bob is a good fit for all your animal care needs. You won’t be disappointed.
